This is just a quick note to let you know what this blog is NOT about.
It's not a place to solely vent your spleen about the evils of one company or another (or ten).
It's not a place to bitch about your supervisor and his/her micromanaging bullshit tactics.
It's not a place to whine and complain, in general.
What this blog IS about is finding a new (well, after reading what I'll be writing, you'll see that it's not so "new", really) and better way of conducting business, particularly customer service.
As you may already see, there will be cussing in here. I won't pretty up a picture for you just to keep readers comfortable. I'm real, and so are my ideas and viewpoints. While I respect those of you who don't curse or who may feel uncomfortable around it, I respect it to the degree that this is YOUR hangup, not mine. If you can't see past the colorful language to get to the meat of the matter, then you're not ready to hear it. Hopefully, some day, you will be.
With all this said, if you're still here and reading, welcome aboard. If you're outta here, peace be with you.
